Here's a tip for those of you who like to listen to audio books on your Kindle but don't want to buy conversion software that decodes M4a ACC protected files and converts them to M4a unprotected. A cheaper way on your Kindle Fire and maybe other Kindles, can't say for sure on that, is to download the book in MP3 to your computer, move it to your Kindle music folder, create a new playlist in the Kindle music program software, name it the same as the audio book and then add the chapters of the book in ascending numerical order. Play the playlist without randomization or shuffle. The playlist will play just like an audio book in a single file.

My latest release "Legal Nightmare" is now available in Kindle and Nook formats and processing for Kobo readers. Visit the Legal Nightmare page of my website for links to the e-Books and a description. Suffice it to say it is a legal thriller involving murder, arson and betrayal.
Kobo now has its independent publishing arm up and I'm working on getting some of the older titles up there. It is a bit different from Amazon and B&N as sales tax must be added to the price and a few other quirks. They are new and still working out the bugs.
Getting closer to having Legal Nightmare finished. I'm having to read it again though as the last time through too many errors were found. I keep reading until I have it the best I can get it, knowing there are still errors in there I just don't see. Most aggravating.
Working on Legal Nightmare and hope to have it edited and formatted in early July, but it may be later in July. Kobo is getting ready to launch their independent publishing program. Possibly in late June they will launch and include me, as I registered early on, and with any luck I will be in their initial test program and can publish on Kobo for any Kobo readers in July.
It has finished processing on B&N so that completes my list of previously published titles. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/matters-of-faith-robert-james-allison/1007784668?ean=2940014692434
Finally!! The last of my previously published novels is processing on both Amazon and B&N. It should be up on both within 24 hours of so. Glad to have those all done. Now I will start working on one of my never before published works "Legal Nightmare".
Fairway Fatality finished processing on B&N and is now up on both Amazon and Barnes & Noble for $1.99. I have already started work on "Matters of Faith" the last of the old titles to put up. Once it is up I will begin work on the new unpublished titles and they probably take more time and effort although the old titles required a lot of proofing to get them clean enough for publication. Check back frequently for more details.
Fairway Fatality is now processing on Amazon and B&N and will probably be live in about 24 hours on both sites. It is a murder mystery you will have a hard time figuring out until the end. Next to go up Matters of Faith.
Scholarly Pursuit is no up on B&N for Nook. Starting work on Fairway Fatality. It might go up on Amazon and B&N later this month even.

AuthorMy writing style is a mix of suspense and mystery with a little romance intertwined. All of my books are based on real places and in some cases on real events, although the places and events are fictionalized. Archives
